In this unit, we have discussed the importance of leadership in relation to strategic planning efforts. Specifically, more hands-off approaches were discussed, and these approaches take into account the work that leaders do behind the scenes in strategic planning processes. Do you think that these types of approaches are the most appropriate for strategic planning? Why, or why not?
