) Write a 500-word individual review case study based on the interview.  Write an essay on the business in your own words on what you learned. Focus on the most relevant and interesting information from the interview.  Do not try to get every piece of information from the interview on paper. The report should stress the interesting facts, not the mundane.  NOTE:  Follow the RUBRIC as a guide too.
