b) Equiano is later sold to Europeans to be transported to the New World. How much does this account match your image of the Transatlantic Slave Trade?
c) Phyllis Wheatley was also enslaved as a child and brought to North America, where she was educated by the Wheatley family. Where does her experience fit in to your conceptions of slavery?
