Conduct a teaching plan with the chosen family. (SLO 2 & 5)

Required Textbook Readings
Read chapter 12 in Stanhope & Lancaster (all MOs)
DISCUSS
DUE: Day 7 (All MOs)
Respond to the discussion prompts and questions by the due dates outlined in the assignment.
In two-three paragraphs explain your teaching plan, describe how the teaching was implemented, and the outcome of the education.
Discuss if you were able to successfully form a collaborative partnership between the community sites (local agencies/resources) and the family. Was the family receptive to your suggestions to reach their goals?
