New parents

For this paper, you will write a 4-5 page guide to new parents. Discuss the biological, cognitive, and social/emotional development occurring in the first few months of life. Explain the theoretical understandings and offer advice for new parents. Obviously you will not be expected to discuss everything that is going on in the infancy stage, so focus on what you deem to be important knowledge for new parents, specifically.

You should cite and summarize at least three peer-reviewed journal articles in your paper (above and beyond textbook and lecture material).
