Officers Criticizing other Officer, What would you do seeing this as a police officer?

Journal Entry #6: You are a new officer on the force. You go to an “After shift gathering” (aka a party) and see other officers talking badly about another officer’s incompetency’s; they are criticizing the officer’s inability to make a decision, failure of judgment and general weak approach to policing.
