Coroner’s Report
Review the coroner’s report provided on the MyUni site and provide a discussion with relation to the criteria detailed below. The critique and discussion must be supported by peer-reviewed contemporary literature.
This assessment must include the following criteria:
• A brief summary of the coroner’s findings (one or two paragraphs only). • Critique and discussion of nursing and medical practice in regards to the following areas: o documentation and communication o ethical decision-making including how the ethical principles relate to the case (You can reference the Park (2012) article but do not apply the framework to the case) o advocacy o leadership and management o Organisational culture.
