Your boss has asked you to find and summarize recent research comparing the efficacy of CBT, DBT, and ACT. How might you go about answering his question? List this in a step-by-step fashion and be as comprehensive as possible. 3) Your friend Sam is struggling with some symptoms of depression. He’s having trouble sleeping, isn’t going to class often, hasn’t been going out as much lately, and when you talk to him, he often stares out into the distance.
