Please watch the two videos I have posted in Canvas. Please post your responses to the following questions as it relates to the two videos. Post your initial response by midnight Wednesday. Respond to two other colleagues on the discussion board by midnight on Saturday.
1) What do you think about the video, How to Speak up for Yourself? Did it change your view on how you speak to people? How can you use his recommendation for when it comes time for a performance review? Solving a conflict with a colleague? Dealing with a patient who is unhappy with his/her care?
