Regarding Acadia Healthcare and the values they omitted, do you believe that the company should focus more on staff development and therefore they would be able to add integrity, accountability and fairness to their list of values? A company that holds integrity, accountablility and fairness high on their list of values tends to also place value in the development of their employees. With a large company like Acadia Healthcare, there seems to be a disconnect between the employees and upper management.
