Nutrition Scientific Research Reviews – Nutrition in Health and Disease:

Read and summarize one scientific nutrition research paper on health and nutrition of interest to you. The article must come from peer-reviewed journals, such as the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, Journal of the American Dietetic Association, Journal of the American Medical Association, etc. (Ask me if you need to clarify this.) Include a summary of the purpose of the study, methods used, the results and the conclusion of the researchers. Usually, to describe a research paper you use “Introduction”, “Materials and Methods”, “Results” and “Discussion/Conclusion”. PubMed is often useful for papers to analyze.

A few notes about the research papers to keep in mind as you are planning on writing your paper. Be sure to properly cite your sources on a reference page and remember than anything taken directly from the article should be in quotation marks.
