To critically examine the historical, social, and economic aspects of labor and employment relations, and to investigate how emerging technologies and policy proposals—such as Artificial Intelligence (Al), the Gig Economy, the Digital Age, Automation, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) policies and practices; and universal basic income—are transforming the future of work.
