Identify, analyse and evaluate a range of reward systems that might be used in this new repair facility, ensuring that you prioritise which of them are most likely to be culturally acceptable to an Italian workforce, and why.n(30 marks) 3.Analyses and evaluate the relative advantages and disadvantages of employing either a local manager, or one of your own existing UK managers as an expatriate, to run the new Italian repair facility (30marks). 4.
