Self-Reflection 4 Assignment (10%) You are the CEO of a Machine Learning company who has been approached to analyze the online habits of Canadian citizens in order to develop a model that assigns “citizen points” to activities (ex. Picking up litter is +2, littering is -2 points).  The government intends to only use it for beneficial purposes (or so you are told).  It also would be of great interest to foreign governments as they would be able to dissect how Canadians behave and use that knowledge to potentially sway outcomes of elections, etc.   This project would shore up the financial health of the firm for the next decade.  Write a short piece (about 500-1000 words) describing the ethical framework you have installed at your company to help you decide if this passes your internal ethics test.
