Chapter 3 and 4 talk about internal and external company analysis. External analysis is often done using the Michael Porter 5-Forces (or Industry Analysis) method. Internal Analysis is often done using a tool called SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats).

Using the material presented in Chapter 3 and 4 complete the following exercises for your case paper.

1. Complete the Industry Analysis (5-Forces Analysis) for the industry which you company is in.

2. Complete a SWOT Analysis for the company you chose.
