Students will be responsible for analyzing two hypothetical legal situations that may be encountered as a school administrator. For each hypothetical, the student will write a 2-3 page analysis outlining the legal issue(s) presented, the relevant statutes, policies, and case law, and other readings using the IRAC (Issue, Rule, Application, Conclusion) format. The student will apply the principles of law to the hypothetical situation to answer the specific question posed. See the scoring rubric below for further details regarding specific expectations.
