I guarantee there’s at least one New Deal site near wherever you live! What was the purpose of the project, and when was it built? (The New Deal continued for a dozen years, into the American entry to World War II, so the projects range from 1933 to 1940 or so.) What interests or puzzles you about this particular project? Maybe you have known this site all your life. Maybe you’ll want to take a walk to your site—if so, I’d enjoy seeing your photograph of the New Deal project you’ve chosen!
