After you introduce a brief description of the leadership challenge (one you are involved in or have observed in
the workplace), complete a Two-by-two diagnosis matrix found in The Practice of Adaptive Leadership. Use the
four diagnosis matrix as sub-headings.
Students may use personal situations of leadership and examine their functions in the authority/leadership role.
Similarly, students may use observations of leadership situations and examine their functions.
