The topic for my report would be the Housing for Older Person’s Act of 1995. Specifically how this act was former, and how it was introduced. This particular act is administered through the Fair Housing Act, and it allows the establishment of communities as well as housing developments to only allow persons that are fifty five or older to live in this type of community. Essentially, this allows these communities to legally discriminate.
