The topic of the paper shall be anti-kickback laws in the United States, their reason for existence, and their impact on patient safety. In addition, the paper will:

– Go over in detail the laws, regulations, and organizations in place which relate to kickbacks

– Explain ethical and economic advantages (and disadvantages) of anti-kickback rules (this will be the big thing to focus on for the paper)

– also go over a couple of noteworthy incidences of kick-backs which might have affected patient safety.

Ensure proper APA citation. Any sourced information must be cited in APA format with in-line citations.

All sources must be scholarly journal articles. The only exception to this is any kick-back examples may be news articles or similar.
