Stakeholder supports plays an important role in successful project implementation. Therefore, incorporating organizations, private sector corporations, government agencies involve stakeholders in management decision making.
The internal stakeholder of the facility where the change of proposal is being considered is nurses who work in the nursing home, social worker, dietician, physical therapist, doctors, and all the non-medical staff who works in a nursing home (Pandi-Perumal et al; 2015). A nursing home cannot be run without having support from these staff. Each and every member mentioned above play their role to care for the patient directly and indirectly and run the facility. My proposal is on nurses’ work overload and the internal stakeholder such as administrators (Pandi-Perumal et al; 2015).
The external stakeholder of the facility is the hospital’s case managers, hospice nurses, family members, outside healthcare providers. When there is a good collaboration between outside stakeholders and inside stakeholders, the facility runs smoothly and where there is good collaboration. There is good teamwork which results in lessen the workload of nurses (Pandi-Perumal

Consider your internal stakeholders, such as the facility, unit, or health care setting where the change proposal is being considered, and your external stakeholders, like an individual or group outside the health care setting. Why is their support necessary to the success of your change proposal, and how you will go about securing that support?
