We are a home based bakery and have been operating for over 2 years now and built a good clientele in our Armenian community located in Sacramento. My mother and I run it together, I manage all Customer service, marketing and all the above and she is the chef. We want to open up a store front bakery that offers breakfast, lunch and dinner for mainly to go but will set up a few tanles and chairs for people that want to sit for 15 minutes and enjoy their food inside.
