Write a reflective essay on your learning from both of these pieces. The essay should deal with his views on the conflict, conflict resolution, partnerships and collaboration. You should also examine the principles he espouses and his vision for peace. You might also consider the influences which he describes on his life. Also consider your own views on what you read and hear in the two pieces.

Firstly, read the “Wholesale Foods” scenario. The case has two main characters Liz and Terry.  Liz will be the negotiator and Terry will be the counterpart.

Then complete the following nine pages. This document is in Word format to allow you to edit with your answer. You will need to answer all the sections but not necessarily fill each line or box. Your own judgement is required here.
