• A summary of the contemporary business issues and the main external factors affecting your organization. Some comments and conclusions on the impact of these issues and factors on the HR function in terms of a SWOT analysis.
• Comment on how the organizational and HR strategies and practices are shaped and developed in response to the external issues, factors, and business context.
• A summary of the changes in the business environment in terms of a PESTLE analysis
• A summary of a response to the PESTLE factors including HR’s role
  in quantifying the responses to planning in the short, medium, and long term.
