This week, we wrap up our course with a discussion about the Career Center and your current career planning needs, ideas, and opportunities. It’s a good time for you to reflect on what you learned in this first course and to look forward to how this will relate to improving communication. You have the keys to ensuring healthcare leaders are aware of DEI, ethics, information literacy, and effective writing as it relates to your profession and future career. The information and skills learned in this first course will assist you in your next course, NURS4005 Nursing Leadership: Focusing on People, Processes, and Organizations in Interprofessional Practice, and the rest of your program.
