• What are the root causes of food insecurity for the disadvantaged in Singapore? What are the factors that are compounding the problems? Are these factors inter-related? If so, how are they connected?)

• What is/are your target group of food insecure individuals/households? Who are the stakeholders involved in the problem? (Note: How are these stakeholders related?)

• Have the problems been addressed before? If so, what are the possible reasons for not being able to resolve these problems?

• What is/are the impact(s) of the problem to the various stakeholders in the system?  Are there any long term problems?
